Yahoo Site Explorer
yes yes YES .. Yahoo Site Explorer finally went live, There was a lot of buzz about Yahoo Site Explorer at SES in San Jose.. Me and Barry at seoroundtable have been watching this like a hawk .. hehehe
ok so they call IBLs or backlinks INLINKS (bit gay imo) and I haven’t tested to see if all the IBL’s are included in Yahoo Site Explorer, but it’s looking 10 zillion times better than any other search engines offerrings at the moment.
Yahoo Site Explorer enables users to check all link data and also bulk submit urls to Yahoo .. ok you need a Yahoo Login and you get this :
Submit Your Site
Enter the full URL, including the http:// prefix (for example, http://www.yahoo.com) of the site you would like to submit.
Enter only the top-level page in your site, our crawler will explore the rest of your site from there. We will automatically detect and remove dead links on an ongoing basis. You can also provide the location of a text file containing a list of URLs, one URL per line, say urllist.txt. We also recognize compressed versions of the file, say urllist.gz.
well going to play with the API in a bit … but It’s a BIG thumbs up for Yahoo Site Explorer

Nice point you’ve posted here, thanks.
completely true that yahoo is a great engine for checking your backlinks (and a little more) as it seems more accurate than others when it comes to Inlinks…anyway I used to do the queries manualy untill i found this free tool: http://ministatus.com which alows one to also download the results in pdf file and also generates the free badge price for each and every queried websites.
