well .. me, Yes not a problem, I have never put a great value on them, if www.davidnaylor.co.uk got banned so be it, But I guess If I was Yell.co.uk ( they got caught spamming recently) or Microsoft.com then maybe those domains are important..

SO why is www.diamonds.com running the risk of been banned ? to me in that industry you don’t get a better domain name..
