There is not a decent page on that whole site. Makes you want to get back into page genin’ until they figure out how to block it.

I unchecked the “content network” option when I started my adwords account as well. It looks too much like spam and seems to be getting worse. I’m a big fan of adwords though!

As a realtor and not understanding all the levels of Adword I fell into this trap and it cost me a little cash to get someone to explain what happen.

For the longest time, it seemed that MFA crap sites cuttered the SERPs.
and…Depending on where you hold the bar for quality content, it arguably still does.
This is the very reason that the first thing I do on any adwords campaign is turn off availability for “the content network.”
Besides, as an advertiser, I want people who are actively seeking my products/services, based on parameters that I set.
Not mere browsers who click through from sites that may (or may not) be complimentary in subject matter to mine.
When Google comes up with much more granular control mechanisms that let ME choose where my ads will appear, I might consider the content network.
