What if MSN does buy AOL
Ok I’m not sure how much traffic AOL pushes to Google but if it’s more than 6% of Googles search traffic, Yahoo become the new big dog … whoa Y!
The last Comscore Report put the big three in this order :
36% Google
30% Yahoo
15% MSN
So any change in the AOL and Google relationship towards MSN will definitely help Yahoo..

So, you do realize that the AOL traffic is counted separately down the list from there, right? So if Google loses AOL they stay at 36%. If MSN gains AOL Google’s total presence drops from 46.4% to 36.5%. MSN’s total presence would jump from 15.5% to 25.4% of the search market.
