I love the product but not the XML upload, So forget the upload and give it a whirl :)
OK Vanessa, 3 things you need to do.

a) Login : Last login date and IP, people are paranoid let them feel more secure

b) Link data is Great but :

1) you need to cluster the urls
http://searchengineland.com/
http://searchengineland.com/070105-125419.php
http://searchengineland.com/index.php

would searchengineland.com 3 + (+ to expand the urls)

2) a reporting method, for bad links like these

berubovuhase.tripod.com/buy_herbal_viagra_information.html
bofasuzomeze.tripod.com/add_phentermine_pill_site_generic_online_pharmacy_viagra_buy.html
busoxukac.tripod.com/buy_keyword_online_phentermine.html
ceyamisub.tripod.com/viagra_buy_viagra_online.html
duyoyigaxi.tripod.com/canada_buy_tamiflu_without_prescription.html

and lets face facts Google would benefit from this.

3) PageRank for IBL, I can do it so you should let everyone :)
c) a method of reporting Tech Issues

moving to new IP
server down for maintenance don’t de list me.
remove these pages 404
pages moved to 301
etc

I know these are for serious webmasters, but hey we don’t just drink and go to conferences

Like the link data but could be so much better!
    These look more interesting..

We may be having multiple load balanced servers in different countries soon. No idea what country Google will think our site belongs in – just have to hope for the best. Be nice to say what country we would like to have our site listed in :)

Definitely some great ideas! I’d argue that these aren’t just for serious webmasters though since they’re invaluable business tools to help prevent down time. My boss does’t understand what those items are, but he knows we need a better way to communicate with Google and these items would certainly help. Look forward to seeing future updates!

Great ideas! - makes total sense.

What I would like to be able to do is specify what preferred country my domain should be listed for in google (like uk or germany or whatever country), because I’ve got a site hosted in the US (cheaper and better value hosting) but it’s going to be targeted for the UK and as it’s hosted in the US it doesn’t come up in the google UK results.

There is one thing that Non-US webmasters would like to see - setting the country of the webpage.

Google doesn’t care about the meta language data, the origin of backlinks etc. As long as my hosting is in US it will not show it under my counry’s results.

I find the biggest problem is the length of time Google keeps dead pages in there index, it would be nice to be able to flag pages you do not want listed so Google can remove them, they have a system that supposed to do it YES they get removed and six months later they come back again even though the pages does not exsist..
