Virgin Wines a lesson to us all
I started to buy some wine from Virgin Wines in September, and ended up paying the £20 quid a month into the winebank..
* You pay £20 (for example) a month into your WineBank (you don’t need to do anything, we’ll simply debit your card on the 1st of every month).
* Every 3 months we pay another £20 into your WineBank (so you now have £80 in your account).
* You can spend what you like, when you like.
but what impressed me was yesterday I got a couple of cases of wine and today I get an email..
Hi there,
Thanks for shopping with Virgin Wines.
Our courier company have told us your recent order has now been delivered (yippee!).
If you haven’t personally taken delivery of your wines then the case should have been left securely at your property or with a neighbour, with a card through your door to let you know where the case is.
Just in case you haven’t got a card to let you know where the case has been hidden away and you’re unable to find it, you can contact us by replying to this e-mail or by calling 0870 164 9593 and we’ll do everything we can to help you.
If you have ordered more than one case, then please be aware that the rest of your order should follow shortly. You will receive further confirmation upon delivery of the remaining cases. If you would like any more details on your delivery then feel free to get in touch.
We very much hope you enjoy your wines, but remember you are covered by our Customer Promise for any wine you don’t enjoy. Just let us know by emailing help@virginwines.com and we’ll credit your account with the value of that wine.
Happy drinking,
The PriorityOne Team
This then prompted me to go back to Virgin Wines and see what they had on special offer !!
