Take This Lollipop – What Happens After An Hour (SPOILER)
About 40 minutes ago I posted about www.takethislollipop.com, which is quite an eerie movie containing information taken from your Facebook account. After it ends you are left with a timer and it says one of your friends is next. Here is what happens after the timer runs out:
Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
I checked my profile, nothing, my messages, nothing, Geoff EdWards facebook profile, nothing.
Bit of a shame. Was expecting another cool video.

Makes you wonder though, just what’s in store when the app does post to your wall though doesn’t it? After all many have given permission.

Just make sure you go into privacy settings and delete the app’s access to your account.

http://lollipoplocal.co.ukNaturally, with my company name and an involvement in social media, I had to check it out. Quite bizarre really because I don’t share a lot of personal info. Strangely, the person that it picked out is someone I hardly know… As with all such fripperies, I shall be deleting it so that it cannot interact with my wall in future.

http://www.takethislollipop.com/was expecting him to call for a cuppa, lol, even tho we all know the net is dangerous we still keep using it will we be made more aware after this??? no we will carry on and let our kids carry on using the net, why because thats the way of life, kids need to see it to see how dangerouse giving details out is, brillianty done tho x

http://paddlesweep.netguys, the app never asks for permission to write anything. All its permissions are read only, so no worries.

its scary – the first time i did it, i was expecting pizza delivery, so i made my dad get up and answer the door in case there actually was a paedo :L it really makes u think twice about your profile settings ect… amazingly done, though – its funny how they find the most ridiculous pictures of you, like when youre making a funny face

awesome application…it makes u more aware of what our account is unsafe…maybe sumday we must be careful because maybe sometime some applications will truly hack ur account
