I just can’t believe what I have seen today, in what can only be the most stupidest descision that a competitor has ever done,they remove the mod rewrite on all the Urls’s from :.co.uk/productname.htmlto.co.uk/product-detail.asp?prodid=1111111&prodgrid=2222222222&catTID=9998&subTID=11111&rangeid=444444&rid=1111 not only that they haven’t 301′d the old url’s at first I thought it was a error, but they have redesigned the site and it looks like it totally intentional , btw I have noticed them already losing their rankings hahah

This may sound a little odd, but the other week I had an accidental meeting 5000 miles away from home with Philip Blair Product Director HTC Europe. I had a lay over at LAX when I flew back from SES at San Jose, and a mix up in security meant that I walked off with the wrong laptop and I quickly had a guy chasing me waving what looked like my laptop at me.

I joked about the fact that I wouldn’t have found him in LAX and off I went on my way. Bored I headed up to Air New Zealand’s business lounge, (strange but true, they had some great business class flight deals from the UK to the USA) where I met the same guy that I had accidentally picked up his laptop in security. We got chatting and even though we both had Lenovo Laptops, I was surprised that he had the exact same Laptop carry case, a NON-lenovo one. Even more surprised that this was his and my first time on Air New Zealand, I’d flown in from San Francisco and he’s flown into LAX from Canada somewhere, but what totally freaked me out was when I found out he lived 10miles away from me !!

Anyways we got chatting about HTC because they are awesome, and I wanted to really know what he thought about android, well it’s going to happen soon and it’s very stable and fast, was the message I got from Philip.

so maybe, just maybe I will invest in a HTC Android driven mobile phone to replace my existing HTC.

You certainly have to be thick skinned in this industry, every so often I get a torrent of abuse, mostly I just delete it, some I store, some I have had to report to the police, but a recent batch of comments that did not get published was the most interesting to date, a few sentences of the normal stuff I’m going to kick your head in and stamp on your balls, blah blah, then what shocked me  the most was :

f*ck you, you gay c*nt,.. I’m even going to show you how gay you are I’m going to stick my cock inside your fat arse and video your moaning so that everyone can see your gay …

Just not sure how to react to this, maybe try lube from on ..

OK which Firefox plugins have you found that don’t work with the new Firefox ? Personally, I think the new version looks pretty good, but already people are talking about its flaws regarding plug-ins. What about page speed is it faster / slower ?

I’ve experienced some issues on secure connection failure with Firefox 3 but nothing major.

My download worked straight away on the release date but many were disappointed at the lack of access to the new software. In conclusion should we not be applauding such open browser development?

OK,, Home truth time …

IE never had the massive memory issues that Firefox has

IE never got my IP address Banned in Google ( a Firefox plugin did ! )

IE never gave my Adword/Gmail Password ( a Firefox plugin did ! )

IE never crashed so bad that I had to reinstall Vista ( a Firefox backup did ! )

So will I still use Firefox, hell yer I love the browser just hate the fact that it’s using stupid marketing techinques
