SEO Rank Pro
A while ago there was a severe lack of SEO based tools for any Android based mobile phones. Since I use a HTC Hero it was a manual job for checking keywords if I only had my mobile to hand.
I’ve had a quick look on the Android market today and there are about four tools that offer varying things from Google PR & Yahoo! Site Explorer.
If you only want a rank check then SEO Rank Pro is the App for you and better still it’s free. It gives you access to use varying Google searches from .com and .co.uk to co.nz and .com.au
Setup is easy all you need to do is put in your list of keywords in separated by a comma, select the Google you wish to rank check in, enter the site to rank check for and then tap on Check Position.
Dependant on Internet connection speed and number of keywords your result is returned quickly. If your keywords are slightly longer like some of mine below the app looks better in a landscape mode.
SEO Rank Pro is great and a big thanks to Sam Tilson for the time and effort he’s put into it.
The only things that could be improved on is an auto rotate for the results and an option to save the keywords, as once you exit SEO Rank Pro your data is lost.

http://www.zath.co.ukInteresting app, good to see more useful Android apps out there, I’d definitely download something like this if…no when I get an Android phone, the Nexus One and HTC Desire look very good and would be a welcome change from living in the iPhone App Store dictatorship!

Carla – if you mean it’s not a 2 year old box of hardware all presented in a pretty package with pointless apps, then spun by the Apple PR machine to appeal to teens and Apple fan-boys to be a must have gadget, then no, it’s not an iPhone
