It’s turning into a very busy year at Bronco and I have already taken on a couple of new staff in the last few months to cope. Due to increased business and new contracts coming on, I’m looking to recruit more in house SEO’s from June 1st.

I’m not just looking for the best in the business … well that would be good too… but I’m looking for the SEO’s that are passionate about SEO. My main aim when we take on any client is to be the best and get the results with a long term approach. I need staff on board with the same drive and determination.

The right candidates need to have SEO experience, be able to show a proven track record, be a good team player and be willing to learn new skills at a fast pace. Bronco, as a company is a great place to come and work with lots of additional benefits. We’re based out of offices in Ripon, North Yorkshire which is about 5 minutes from the A1, close to Leeds and York.

If you think you fit the bill, get in touch with Becky (becky @ bronco .co .uk ) and lets see what we can work out. Looking forward to hearing from you!

good luck guys, i know from when i got recruited that theres a lot of ‘talkers’ out there who just cant walk the walk. one massive leeds based agency are still looking having gone through 4 or 5 people or so ive been told! The problems not the candidates, they just want a job, its the agencies lack of ability to weed the talkers from the do-ers.

if you’re willing to train, why not take a n00b graduate from college/uni and mold them into the seo you want them to be… its what i did when i ran a small studio and worked brilliantly.

Wow, Dave we have come a long way from the ‘good old days’.

I would love to work with you again but yeah maybe SEO just isn’t as exciting as fighting your way through yet another integration project with a big retailer.

Would be good to see you guys again, Becky doesn’t look to have aged and enough said about us two.

Very tempting good SEO jobs are hard to find as well as good SEO candidates I have worked at a few SEO companies that run like cauldwell and are not adaptable to the ever changing industry. I have recently joined good company or would certainly apply good luck in your search hope you find someone that will help you grow.

    Heya,

What a great opportunity. I have just begun the search to find a small SEO agency who can help me with my site. One of the hardest things for any site owner is to pick a freelance or a small agency because its so hard to measure their success and what they can offer without you doing it yourself….

I used to work for a agency and their offering was terrible and their prices through the roof which is why i’m cautious….
