For a long long time, I have devoted my working life to getting better rankings for myself and clients, so much so I don’t even have to think about how to make a website rank, I just do it, I’m not saying it’s easy lol, but I have a good knowledge and a great team of people working with me.
The Team :
The Boss : Becky ( she runs the place, makes sure things happen when they should )
Accounts : Janet ( if you know me I don’t do money, It’s all about winning )
The Programmers : Ben, Rob and Chris ( every SEO need programmers )
The Designers : Kean and Martin ( yep CSS is important in SEO )
The Seo’s : Dave (me), Rich (Ukgimp) and Dan ( yes I don’t do it all by myself )
The Engineer : Rory ( Hardware needs looking after )
The Content Writers : Rick and Claire ( Content isn’t king But it helps )
So why the Post, we are going to start pushing more of the Teams Views out on to the Web.

I’m sure this will benefit us, your humble readers. However, the process of analyzing and articulating their workflow will no doubt benefit your staff as well. It’s a win-win.

I would add Analytics, Usability, Legal team (for keywords in the banking industry etc) to the list of people we work with to make sure SEO is running.

Thanks for that Daniel – I should point out though that between us we fill many more roles than what’s laid out above. Analytics and Usability are carried out by Dave and Becky. We also have a legal partner but I’ve forgotten their names.
