Recently I have been building my twitter account @davenaylor and because of this @beckynaylor joined so that she can makes sure I don’t have any reputation issues. Today I get a tweet from Jason Roe about a blog post that in fairness was about nothing until the comments went wild post it’s here : http://www.jason-roe.com/blog/free-ryanair-free-flight-bug/

Now I can’t confirm if the comments are from Ryanair staffers or not, but Jason is willing to send over IP’s etc, but if they are real Ryanair staffers OMG, are you guys crazy this isn’t how you’re supposed to handle your reputation management. Look at this Ryanair on Twitter personally I think that if the website errors, you had 3 choices

Do you:

A) Ignore it and fix the problem

B) Thank Jason and tell him you have been working on a solution, and any other Ideas that his readers have to improve the Ryanair website we are open to suggestions

C) Start acting like a mad jump up and down in the office and shout a little ( I guess) then jump on your keyboard and start accusing Jason of being a liar and having a pathetic life.

What worries me is that Ryanair recently announced that that they had partnered with Costa Cruises (why didn’t they partner with someone like bmi?), I can just hear the customer services in my head now.. it not our fucking problem the boat left !

You just need to run some negative keywords with the brand on google to come up with thousands of issues that this company has.

Its badly handled, unfortunately I dont believ that it will hurtthem, they run for “cheap” so quality has never been issue…

And just yesterday I was thinking about spending money with them, to Riga and possibly to Croatia… Mightn’t it be better to get in the car instead?

I’m looking forward to seeing where this ends up.
Also looking forward to finding out if they really are members of the RyanAir staff & if so, how much longer for? ^_^

Sounds like real employees to me – not fussed about negative PR so long as people are talking about them….

Sounds like the employees are just taking a leaf out of Mike O’Leary’s book:
