can anyone tell me why did Brian Gardner 302 this link Revolution News theme to his new site http://www.revolutiontwo.com/
Server Header Code for www.revolutiontheme.com
| HTTP/1.1 | 302 Found |
| Date | Thu, 20 Nov 2008 15:17:07 GMT |
| X-Powered-By | PHP/5.2.4 |
| Location | http://www.revolutiontwo.com |
| Transfer-Encoding | chunked |
I can totally understand not using 301 if the old site took a penalty and he is still getting a decent amount of clicks from the footer links.. but using a 302 surley it will kill the main site like we did with www.zippy.co.uk

I’ve used Brian’s Revolution Themes on most of my sites and had some good success. However, I’ve recently heard that the basic html code is pretty poor from a SEO point of view. Does anyone have any comments on this?
