I can totally understand not using 301 if the old site took a penalty and he is still getting a decent amount of clicks from the footer links.. but using a 302 surley it will kill the main site like we did with www.zippy.co.uk

http://www.gadget-blog.co.ukI’ve used Brian’s Revolution Themes on most of my sites and had some good success. However, I’ve recently heard that the basic html code is pretty poor from a SEO point of view. Does anyone have any comments on this?
