Orkut that reminds me
When I was at the last GoogleDance at SES San Jose, I got talking to a young lady about Orkut, she said “it’s cool place to hangout, if you like Brazilians”.. this made me think cool I have always liked the Brazilian .. today I realise that we where on different wave levels … oh hum

Its kinda weird how this service became popular there and not here. But then Hofstede’s model might help with that analysis. Or perhaps it’s because Brazilian have more internet access than most Latin countries and by nature Latin society is more social than U.S.

From what i understand, Brazil has the highest number of computers per head than any other place.
There is something stupid like 3 computers for every person in Brazil.
