Microsoft acquires Jellyfish

Microsoft have recently purchased Jellyfish.com which is really a high end comparative shopping engine with a community twist. I guess Microsoft is building up it’s shopping channels in live search. Links : Live Blog and Jellyfish

What is it with these sodding comparision supermarket sites at the moment. I mean they have been around for years but all of a sudden its like the penny has droppen and everyone and their cat has decided to have a punt. The one that really gets me is bloody Tesco’s with their new system. I am also super sceptical of social networking at the mo, its like every idea that anyone has at the minute and they have to add social network in or else it gets chucked out the board room. SEriously. Get with the program.!!
