A strategy is a long term plan of action designed to achieve a particular goal, most often “winning”

Is it just me or is this term literally flooding the internet?

Its seems every Internet marketing company has to use the term strategy – eg our in house strategy is to, our online strategy is to,we will take care of your marketing strategy.. the list goes on and on…

Maybe this will become more than an keyword – we could use it in social situations? What’s your strategy for this evening? Do you like my meal strategy for the week?

Which web pages can you spot  the highest number of strategies in???

Thinking strategically Ive’e made a strategic decision to be totally peed off with the word strategy…I mean come on fresh content, that the readers will be interested in.

That’s only because they’ve overdone it with the buzzwords like synergy and…well that’s the only one I can think of right now! Maybe we can think up some combos: Synergized strategy….strategised synergy….Hi, I’m an online web synergist.

I’m starting to hate the word “Solution” (As if…)

People always want to sell me some sort of program, device, product or service and that’s great, but they almost always refer to it as “The Solution”.

    “Our web based solution”…
It’s not a freaking “Solution” to anything. It’s a subscription to a web based tool!

    “Our content management solution can”…
    It’s a content management “System”!

    “Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)”…
Is this the same thing as a programmer or web developer?

“Intel Solution Services is Intel Corporation’s worldwide professional services organization”…
Why not just call it “Intel Professional Services”?

Yeah, that term is quickly getting old. Was going to smack the face of the next person that said I should “think outside the box” but I’ve reconsidered

I guess like most things in internet marketing today the word strategy has also been over hyped and strategy has also become another tactic.
