Best referral is a Human referral
Last week I was in a web development meeting with owner of Distinctive Chesterfields about his New Bed site that we built, after the meeting we got talking about Sofa’s as you do, as I have been trying to find something to replace this from DFS :
As soon as Steve said “I got mine from CSL and delivery was really quick” that was it for me, with only positive thoughts this Saturday, Becky, Me and the kids went to CSL in leeds and ordered this :
I had been researching on the net for months, but call me old fashioned I need two things
1) a human to tell me that they had a good experience
2) I need to sit on it lol.

@matt Your not going to believe me but i washed mine in the washing machine
and used the tumble dryer slowly and on a low heat :0
