Ads on Google properties – poor results
Some just asked me to look as a favour to see if I could see any reason why the conversions on the site where so poor, I found this..
and YouTube and Gmail
You can guess No Conversion from Myspace,Youtube and very very little for Gmail. I’m all for people handling their own adwords accounts if they have had the training to do it, but why do companies think that the person that buys the ads in newspapers really has the experience and ability to manage a say 25k a month on PPC !!

http://www.212articles.comI read somewhere that the conversion from social networkign websites can’t be higher then from the organic listings.
The supporting reason which was given was logical that the Social Netoworking people already are familiar about your work and they would read the summary and would ask for the information on social network or even if they end up visiting teh website they won’t be interesteed to do anything there.
Hope that makes some sense, DaveN if you could elabrate this further ..
